What we collect, and what we don't

Short version: we store what you type into the contact form, and nothing else about you. No cookies. No Google Analytics. No Facebook pixel. No fonts, scripts or images loaded from anyone else's server. We do not record your IP address. Every claim on this page can be checked by loading this site with your browser's network tab open — you will see requests to desklinemedia.com and nowhere else.

If you send us the contact form

We store the fields you fill in: name, email, website, category, your message, and the questions your customers ask you. We use them to reply to you and to run the snapshot you asked for. That is the whole purpose.

Saved alongside them, automatically:

We do not store your IP address. The code never reads it.

One exception, stated plainly. If the database is unavailable at the moment you submit, we write the error and your email address to our counter system so your enquiry is not silently lost. That is the only place your email is duplicated, and it exists so that a technical failure does not cost you a reply.

If you just read the site

We keep a daily tally — how many page views, how many were automated crawlers, how many people clicked the LINE button. It is one number per day per counter. There is no record of you as a visitor: no identifier, no session, no profile, nothing that could be traced back to a person.

Cookies and third parties

This site sets no cookies at all, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss. It also loads nothing from third-party servers — no analytics, no advertising pixels, no embedded fonts, no CDN scripts. Nothing about your visit reaches Google, Meta or anyone else, because nothing is ever requested from them.

If you click through to LINE or send us email, you leave this site and those companies' own privacy terms apply from that point.

Where it is kept, and who sees it

Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and daily counters in Cloudflare Analytics Engine, both inside our own account. Only Deskline Media has access. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with partners, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences.

Your data, your call

Email hello@desklinemedia.com and we will show you exactly what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No form to fill in and no reason required. We keep enquiries while there is still a reason to — an open conversation or work in progress — and delete them when you ask.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly broaden what we collect: if that ever happens, it will be written here first.
